We want you to shop with confidence at Ditsvision.in. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — but with a few clear rules.

🛍️ Products Eligible for Return

Currently, only DIY WiFi Cameras, Baby Monitoring Camera, 4G or 4G Solar Cameras, Duoview Wifi Cameras purchased directly from www.ditsvision.in are eligible for return.

⏳ Return Window

  • You can request a return within 15 days of delivery.
  • After 15 days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstance.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all the following conditions:

  • ✅ Must be unused and not activated
  • ✅ Must be returned in the original box/packaging
  • ✅ Must include all original accessories, manuals, and protective materials
  • ✅ Must be free from any physical damage, tampering, or wear

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

🔁 Replacements & Warranty

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If the issue is not due to manufacturing (e.g., accidental damage, software tampering), the product will be forwarded to our authorized service center for repair under warranty.
  • Warranty handling will follow our Warranty Terms & Conditions and, if applicable, OEM Partner Agreement.

Note: Replacement is subject to verification by our technical team.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products not purchased from www.ditsvision.in
  • Used or activated items
  • Physically damaged or altered products
  • Items missing accessories or packaging

💸 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are only issued for returned items. No refund will be provided for items sent for replacement or repair.
