Ditsvision Warranty Terms & Conditions

This Warranty Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Dits Sales Corporation (“Ditsvision”) provides warranty support for its range of security surveillance products. By purchasing and using any Ditsvision product, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1.Warranty Coverage Overview

  1. CCTV Cameras (AHD, Analog, IP Cameras)
    All cameras that require connection with a recording device (DVR, NVR, XVR) are covered under a three (3) year warranty from the date of purchase.
    1. The first eighteen (18) months include free replacement for manufacturing defects.
    2. After 18 months, the product is covered under repair-only warranty, where component replacement, if required, will be chargeable.
  2. Wi-Fi Dome and Bullet Cameras
    All standalone Wi-Fi cameras in dome or bullet form factors are covered under a two (2) year warranty.
    a) The first twelve (12) months include replacement warranty.
    b) The following twelve (12) months include repair warranty, with parts chargeable if necessary.
  3. 4G Dome and Bullet Cameras
    All 4G-enabled dome or bullet models carry a two (2) year warranty.
    1. Twelve (12) months replacement from date of purchase.
    2. Twelve (12) months repair support, subject to the availability of replacement components.
  4. Wi-Fi, 4G & Solar Cameras
    All such products not manufactured by Ditsvision are subject to a one (1) year limited warranty only.
  5. Digital/Network Video Recorders (DVR, NVR, XVR)
    All Ditsvision-branded recording devices carry a two (2) year warranty.
    1. Twelve (12) months of full unit replacement.
    2. Twelve (12) months of repair support.
  • Any accessories included with the recorder (e.g., remote, mouse, adapters) have a warranty of six (6) months only.

Power Devices (SMPS, PoE Switches, Power Supplies)

All Ditsvision power equipment is covered under a two (2) year standard warranty.

  1. Cables, Wires, Connectors & Accessories
    All such items are not covered under warranty, only Covers Manufacturing Defects.
  2. Promotional or Gift Items
    Any complimentary product, giveaway item, or accessory received as part of a promotion or bundled offer is not covered under any warranty.
  3. Special or Custom Products
    Warranty for custom-developed or exclusive items may differ. Buyers are advised to verify warranty coverage before purchase.
  4. OEM/ODM Products
    Warranty terms for OEM or ODM products, or those sold without Ditsvision branding, are defined separately.

  5. These warranty terms apply only to original Ditsvision-branded products purchased from authorized dealers or the official website.
  6. Ditsvision reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are advised to check the latest policy before purchasing.

2.Warranty Exclusions

  1. The warranty does not apply in cases of:
    1. Physical damage or breakage
    2. Water or moisture ingress
    3. Burnt PCB, IC damage, or any internal component due to voltage fluctuation
    4. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or dismantling
    5. Tampered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers or warranty stickers
  2. Warranty support is void if the product is used outside its intended operating specifications or environment.

3.Warranty Claim Process

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory to initiate a warranty claim.
  • Customers must contact their point of purchase or authorized dealer to initiate a service request.
  • In cases of repair after the replacement period, labour is free, but spare parts (if required) may be chargeable.
  • Warranty repairs may take up to 15–30 business days, depending on issue complexity and part availability.
  • Shipping charges (if any) for sending products to service centres are to be borne by the customer.
